I am beginning to learn program skills. I have made an automatic message sender, a Google search bot, and a few other miscellaneous items. I am looking for some good tutorials for C++, php, and maybe even a little Html. So, does anybody have some tips/tutorials they could show me?

For the Internet languages, check w3school's tutorials.

I've done a lot of PHP/mySQL programming and some Java programming in the past. What I do to learn a programming language is assign myself a huge project, something that would take several weeks or months to complete. For me, it was the online Pokedex website. By doing this, I learned the basics and then the more advanced stuff. I dealt with arrays, functions, OOP, conditionals, all that good stuff. Coding Forums really helped me a lot when I needed help with something. I would also look at other people's posts to get more experience.
I don't know much about C++, but I can definitely link to PHP help websites. http://codingforums.com http://phpfreaks.com http://php.net - Yes, the manual is very useful. Use it! http://tizag.com http://devshed.com/c/b/PHP/
